To be held at a larger venue on 9/21/24 in Apex, NC, your help is needed to make this year’s Festa yet another success!

    • AS VENDORS MOVE OUT, MAKE SURE ANY RESIDUAL TRASH IS THROWN OUT

    • BRING TRASH BINS TO DUMPSTER TO CLEAR OUT

    • COLLECT GARBAGE CANS AND PUT THEM IN ONE PLACE

    • ASSIST IN DIRECTING VENDORS OUT OF FOOTPRINT

  • Load-In Vendor Assistant (All Ages; Shifts: 7-9AM & 9-11AM)

    BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ALL THE ITEMS AND THEIR PRICES.

    • DURING THE DAY:

    ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS’ REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC ITEM(S). o COMPLETE SALE OF ITEM(S) WITH CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT

    CARD USING THE SQUARE PHONE ATTACHMENT.

    ENSURE CUSTOMER RECEIVES ITEM(S) PURCHASED AND

    PROVIDE ANY CHANGE FOR CASH SALE OR RETURN

    CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

    BE SINCERE AND JOVIAL WHEN TRYING TO SOLICT A SALE FROM BROWSING VISITORS OR PASSERSBY.

    PACK UP ANY REMAINING MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO THE CHAIR’S DIRECTIONS.
